Together, we’ll explore the subtle layers beneath your symptoms — digestion, metabolic and hormonal health, emotional patterns, and the deeper conditioning that keeps your body stuck in survival mode.

After our initial consultation, you’ll receive a tailored plan spanning diet, lifestyle, breathwork, mindset, and herbal support — designed to fit into your life.

The intention is not quick fixes, but helping you move from confusion and overwhelm to clarity, stability, and intuitive trust in your body.

What’s Included in the 1:1 Journey

  1. 90 minute in-depth initial consultation
  2. Personalised diet and herbs
  3. Yoga Therapy and classical Pranayama from the Hatha Yoga tradition (breathwork) for nervous system regulation
  4. Daily self-care rituals and emotional tools, including meditation
  5. Email or WhatsApp support as you integrate the changes
  6. 30-45 minute follow up consultations
This is recommended as a minimum four-month container, because meaningful, sustainable change takes time. It allows your nervous system to settle, your digestion and hormones to recalibrate, and new rhythms to take root — gently and steadily.
