My Journey

My journey into Yoga and Ayurveda began over a decade ago, inspired by personal experiences that led me to seek answers beyond conventional medicine. My mother has lived with Rheumatoid Arthritis (an auto-immune condition) for 35 years. As her condition worsened, I was repeatedly told by doctors, “We don’t know why this is happening.” And that unanswered “why” stayed with me.
Yoga entered my life during this search—first as a mind body practice, then as a way of living. Years later, another family health crisis deepened my need to understand the root causes of disease, and that’s when life led me to Ayurveda. What began as a curiosity grew into years of study, practice and lived wisdom.

What Does True Health Really Mean?

In Sanskrit, the word for health is Svastha—to be established in oneself. That inner glow, the deep joy that radiates from within—that is Svastha embodied. True health isn’t just the absence of disease, it’s a holistic balance between the five elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space, (Pancha Mahabhutas as we call them in Sanskirt) and when we realign with them, we begin to return to our natural state of health.

How I Can Support You

I now guide busy women who are constantly being pulled in different directions, simultaneously navigating chronic health conditions, emotional stress, or life transitions to reconnect with their inner healer. Through personalized diet, lifestyle, mindset and herbs, my vision is to create a women’s health and wellness community.
